Manyane Resort - Pilanesberg National Park - Campsite Review

Manyane Campsite is situated just outside the gate (but
within the boundaries) of the Pilanesberg Game Reserve. This is quiet a big
resort with campsites as well as chalets.
The campsites are demarcated and have a braai, as well as
electricity, a bin and a water point.
The resort has really deteriorated in recent years and the
facilities are very old. Sometimes there is no hot water and over weekends
there is sometimes noise from the nearby residential areas.
There is no fuel in the park, but there are a few fuel stations
near the entrance.
In recent years the buildings at reception, including the
shop, restaurant etc burned down and when we last visited, they were still not
repaired.
But, all, in all, it's still a nice place to visit. The game
viewing is good and you have a great chance of seeing the big 5.
